The trial period is 30 days and you will have access to all the features of our program, without any restrictions.

By going to the Settings section, you can edit your account, add your business name, company logo, and contact information.

By selecting the check-in date, it displays the room number/name on the left, clicking on the dial you can enter your reservation.

In this section you will be able to add in addition to Name and Surname, Check-In/Check-out Date, you can also choose the type of room so single, double, twin etc. You will also be able to select the Type of Service the facility has for example overnight only, room and breakfast, half board, full board etc.

By clicking on Calendar -> Go to Date, you can select your preferred date.

Going to Reservations -> Reservations List, you will be able to view all current, future or a specific date’s reservation, just click on the Check-In and Check-Out date. By scrolling to the right, you can also see the financial total for the selected period.

Sure, just go to Settings -> Room Name -> New (located in the upper right corner)

The colors you set to reservations, will help us understand whether a reservation has been paid, yet to be paid, yet to be confirmed etc.

Colors can be changed according to your preferences by going to Settings -> Lists

With the Statistics feature, you will be able to view revenue for the current year, previous year+current year, or you can view a Detailed Statistics.
The detailed function will help you to visualize key statistics for each accommodation facility, Occupancy, RevPAR etc.
